AWG Copper Tube Terminals are copper tubular terminals conforming to the American Wire Gauge (AWG) standard. They are mainly used for reliable crimping or bolt connections between conductors and equipment (such as batteries, terminals, etc.) in electrical connections.

Product Features

Material：Usually made of pure copper (T2 copper) with a purity of over 99.9%, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity.

Surface Treatment：Tin plating is commonly applied to enhance oxidation resistance, as well as welding and crimping performance.

Structure：

Tubular design: Conductors are inserted into the copper tube and fixed by cold pressing.

Flared mouth design: The front end of some products is flared for easier conductor insertion and improved contact area.

Bare or Pre-insulated：Available in two types: bare copper terminals (non-insulated) and terminals with heat shrink tubing or plastic insulation sleeves (such as PA66).
